My overall experience as a fresh graduate straight out of college was excellent - it taught you the true hustle and grind of sales, and how to develop a strong foundation of 'cold-calling' and how to deal with NO.

Overall decent company for this industry, however, legacy comp plan sales folks took a 2% reduction in pay at the start of the year - part of that was offset by an annual bonus that you lose all of if you're not there till it pays out to de-incentivize leaving before the bonus hits
