My overall experience was not terrible, but you are definitely sold a dream throughout the recruitment and training process. You are told that an average rep will make around 60,000 (OTE) their first year, a good rep will make 72,000 and a great rep will make closer to 88,000. Overall decent company for this industry, however, legacy comp plan sales folks took a 2% reduction in pay at the start of the year - part of that was offset by an annual bonus that you lose all of if you're not there till it pays out to de-incentivize leaving before the bonus hits
