Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Cyber Technologist: Two jobs in one, doing both pre-sales and post-sales technical support and liaising (Sales Engineer + Technical Account Manager combined). Underpaid, overworked and base+incentives are laughable in comparison to market standard. No comission but do get quarterly bonuses which aren't very high in comparison to the money generated through sales.
On the other hand, management and the culture is very good and positive on the technical teams side. The company pours alot of time and effort into training and building confidence in the role.
I really do enjoy working here for the most part, the people are great and so is management, it's just underpaid and overworked for what we do comparitively to the rest of the industry.
