Overall experience was good, wasn't great. Very inclusive company and phenomenal product, but didn't implement a successful sales strategy for the SMB market my time there. Only 1/10 reps were hitting quota at the time.

Commission structure is a lot of work for little pay and you are at the mercy of your AE. Very high pressure in terms of numbers/performing. closing new business is difficult here, I would say all reps that hit quota do mostly upsells - which involves having a bigger client list. You typically don’t get clients unless you’ve been here long enough.

Comp, training, support, etc are improving rapidly as the company is maturing and new leadership is brought aboard. The company is a market leader and the technology and new product development continues to be cutting-edge, solving real problems for customers.
