AE earnings potential is extremely high with social validation all over. Leadership quality depends on the region but generally is improving. Director compensation is horrendous, quota attainment in H1 for North America was 3%. Great place to be an AE, wouldn’t suggest pursuing director role.

Run, don't walk from this company. You are just a number to them; rampant cronyism and very limited view - if you do badly one month you're immediately on the chopping block. Leadership has no training and too large of teams to manage. Little to no diversity in certain offices.
