This role is definitely a grind, as most enterprises sales role in the cybersecurity industry. Highly competitive and requires high drive to succeed. Work hard, hit quota, and you will be highly compensated.

Really a sink or swim environment. There was a good market fit like 4 years ago but now the tech is not very unique and is quite expensive. The managers who built their careers within Darktrace are very unprofessional, constantly pissing off clients and customers, and don't understand how sales orgs or companies in general other than Darktrace operate.

Great technology and people on the UK. They’ve recently moved to an account based territory model for first time and it’s a complete mess. Those fortunate few who have been at the company for a number of years earn big due to best/largest prospect accounts. New AE’s are bottom feeders - having to live off scraps.
