A lot of potential at Darktrace. Great product that needs some architecural tweaking but front runner in AI which makes the platform a strong cyber security solution.

When I started the team was being built, KPIs were clear and attainable. After some change in leadership and quota adjustment, things started going downhill. We were given our comp plans with 1 month left in the quarter. We were given a threshold type compensation with no adjustment to base pay, which would be normal for the market. My overall experience was very subpar. Darktrace isn't trying to help you. Company policies actively work against their AEs and only promote Datkrace making money. You might find a couple good people here but not worth the time. Use as stepping stone to get into cyber security space.
