The level of nepotism is horrendous. And the turnover rate feels like it is almost 100% after a year and a half. Current Employee2.7Aug 18, 2024Great technology and people on the UK. They’ve recently moved to an account based territory model for first time and it’s a complete mess. Those fortunate few who have been at the company for a number of years earn big due to best/largest prospect accounts. New AE’s are bottom feeders - having to live off scraps.
