Worst sales organization I have been a part of. For starters, there are no inbound leads because the company's reputation is awful. Collaboration does not exist. The level of nepotism is horrendous. And the turnover rate feels like it is almost 100% after a year and a half. The cherry on top was that my boss got fired for sexual harassment because he does not respect anyone. Unfortunate because the product is great, but I would not even recommend my worst enemy to work here.

my overall experience was decent. leadership could be improved. base pay is relatively low as well

Overall experience wasn’t great. Major lack of transparency within the company. Role didn’t meet my expectations, lack of continuous training, reduced commission structure, not known for the best sales practices. Overall the product is great but many things fell short.
