Current Employee3.1Apr 19, 2024Nothing special. Lots of pressure to perform. Multiple BDR's put on PIPs and others laid off or fired. Another 30% of the BDR team left in last 3 months due to no promotion opportunities for top performers. Most of the previous AE's left because they reduced the comp plans and now pay way less.
