Extreme micromanagement, no real leaders. Other teams (pre-sales, alliances, etc.) get to decide if a sales person is fired or not, but sales has no input on other teams. High turnover, about 10% of the global sales team fired every quarter.
Customers want the solution. Best market for AI ever. Every customer has a budget for this. But all depends on if you can tolerate sitting in the acid (and survive).
The other sales people (individual contributors) are some of the smartest and most helpful people I've worked with. It's probably because we're all trying to help each other survive. Browse Other Reviews
