Implementation is a major challenge in the SMB segment and commission is clawed back if a prospect terminates. Go-live target rate is about 50% of deals. If you calulate clawbacks into your OTE, there is rarely a chance to exceed. You may hit OTE in one year, but you'll be paying it back the next couple of quarters. Browse Other Reviews
