OTE isn't really achievable due to onboarding challenges. Implementation is a major challenge in the SMB segment and commission is clawed back if a prospect terminates. Go-live target rate is about 50% of deals. If you calulate clawbacks into your OTE, there is rarely a chance to exceed. You may hit OTE in one year, but you'll be paying it back the next couple of quarters.

Was a Sales Executive at athena for a while. Leadership is a mess, hired people unprepared and unexperienced into those roles. Product is all over the place, price increases without substantial change drives prospects away. Upward mobility is near impossible.
