My overall experience at this company was traumatic. The company lacks structure, qualified leadership, and culture. Very toxic, micromanaging dictatorship style. You have no voice or control over your deals. Also, they gives leads and promotions over how much you’re liked than merits. Only the reps who inherited channel partners closes high volumes.
