Do not work here. Fire within 2 months of missing quota. No one on my team knew there quota except me, despite most tenure person on team being there over a year. Tumultuous leadership changes. Extreme micromanagement.

Alright, you need to make a bunch of calls as a sales rep anywhere. I would say this job is more soul draining than the last but the team I’m on makes it worth it. A lot of things are in you to figure out, overall I would give it a solid 3.5 stars. Not a bad company, just need to get internal processes figured out and help educate people a tad more.

My experience has been decent, ideal for an initial start as SDR/BDR. Things constantly change due to it being a growing company. Private equity may come and make some changes, not sure if they’ll be good or bad.
