Very negative. Negative and hostile work environment. Managers like to threaten your job. you are given leads, the leads are graded, if you aren't doing well managers will purposely give you the worst leads to bury you even further. I have been a consistent leader of our department in all metrics including incoming client load. I have been a top three performer in retaining incoming business. Also the top performer in accepting escalated accounts and retaining them while also receiving a positive follow up survey.
