NCSA will be the most fun job I will ever work - getting to talk sports with high school parents and their kids for a living. The hours and the hourly pay are just not sustainable for me.

Very negative. Negative and hostile work environment. Managers like to threaten your job. you are given leads, the leads are graded, if you aren't doing well managers will purposely give you the worst leads to bury you even further.
