Very negative. Negative and hostile work environment. Managers like to threaten your job. you are given leads, the leads are graded, if you aren't doing well managers will purposely give you the worst leads to bury you even further. A VP of sales Literally compared us reps to a police dog that has been shot, and keeps on working. Told us we need to be more like a police dog thats been shot. That gives you some insight into what the work environment is like.

The compensation is just not enough. You are doing regular BDR work, and other companies pay thousands more. Leads are often diluted, and have been called for years prior. Bonus and quota numbers increase as you "level up" in the company. That is punishment. Lowest paying fixed commission structure I have ever seen.
