Leads are often diluted, and have been called for years prior. Bonus and quota numbers increase as you "level up" in the company. That is punishment. Lowest paying fixed commission structure I have ever seen.

Also the top performer in accepting escalated accounts and retaining them while also receiving a positive follow up survey.
