The compensation is just not enough. You are doing regular BDR work, and other companies pay thousands more. Leads are often diluted, and have been called for years prior. Bonus and quota numbers increase as you "level up" in the company. That is punishment. Lowest paying fixed commission structure I have ever seen.

I have been a consistent leader of our department in all metrics including incoming client load. I have been a top three performer in retaining incoming business. Also the top performer in accepting escalated accounts and retaining them while also receiving a positive follow up survey.

I did not have the best experience here the pay was terrible
