For a company that sells "professional development" they sure do keep you busy enough in your role to not allow you enough time to have it yourself. Frontline management is an absolute disaster as most of the VPs are first-time VPs and think leadership is about making others do your work while you fly first class to be the face of your org. STAY AWAY!
