My overall experience was good, standard SDR environment. If you do well its great if you don't you won't be there long.

Overall it’s a very toxic work environment and they don’t believe in SDR role moving into any other sales position. Marketing hasn’t been able to generate consistent leads for over a year and when people start hitting targets management has said they shouldn’t be.
