Great and intelligent sales leadership. Transitioning into a more corporate organisation with a channel-first approach. Great platform developments lacking sometimes focus on the real important components (Gartner SASE fit). SaaS with an IaaS character, margins aren't as high as a true software platform (Crowdstrike/Okta) and that is noticeable sometimes in the way they make decisions for employees.

The sales role is shifting with the arrival of Mike but you still have a lot to do to have a great culture around Zscaler. In my 4 years, have seen some sucess and some tough quarters, but in general this helped me grow as a salesman
