Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My experience at Zscaler has been great. The product we are selling is highly impactful, and there is a lot of demand for it. My leadership team is very supportive, and I have been able to hit quota both years i’ve been here, and received a promotion. There is a ton of upward mobility, and support to get there. The packages they provide do put a huge emphasis on RSU’s and ESPP which with a growing company like Zscaler has the potential to have a great future return. In contrast it does seem like we are underpaid in our OTE compared to the rest of the market excluding stock.
