Overall the experience was good, the curent transition happening in senior leadership, and the internal reorg of EMEA offices has caused for very rough seas and there has been a loss in the sense of unity and common goal pursuit. Would still recommend, based on team and location.

Zoom will continue to cater to its existing customer base, with a few new logos trickling in each year. Acquisition sales are few and far between with a very low percentage of reps coming close to hitting 100%. "Feast or famine" is the phrase even managers are starting to use.
