The experience has been pretty okay until now as the inbound flow is really low and there is a lot of focus on transactional deals. The freedom and guidance required to do outbound pipeline building is very low. The manager is extremely toxic

All round great company to work for - not the highest paying or most focused on professional development, but culture, product & market fit and quota attainability/compensation are good. Been at the company for getting on for 2.5 years and have no intention to leave any time soon.
