However, the company and leadership have not figured out how to operate in this space leading to many prospects still thinking of us as virtual meetings company, scarce marketing or channel assistance, and quotas that do not reflect longer and more complex deal cycles. Company OTE is lower than market so it necessitates that representatives hit accelerators which feels like swimming upstream at this point.
