A real sales org and structure. Excellent compensation and leadership team that will help you close deals. Monthly compensation payments and the payout is in Xactly 3-4 days after month end. Strongly recommend ZoomInfo!

Overall, good company to work for. Some of the best perks would be the opportunity to move up anywhere within the org, the benefits and how much training we have access to. However, as with any company during these times, there's been a lot of shuffling from execs, down to SDR's.
