There have been improvements made to the MM organization, but there is still a feeling of utter chaos and desperation at the end of months+quarters. Leadership is not fully aligned on pricing + incentives, resulting in a very confusing approval process on quotes and negotiations. There is a lack of trust between leaders and individual contributors, which leads to animosity and anger. Additionally, a topic that needs to be addressed is the lack of clarity + visibility into promotion cycles. There are no resources internally widely available, nor is it publicly posted on our website (as they try to tell you). Until both of these topics are addressed, my rating of culture and leadership will remain at best, average. The best part of the job? Building close relationships with your accounts, and the commission structure is very favorable. If the tech market was not as weak as it is right now, I would assume that our turnover rate would be significantly higher due to the challenges with micromanagement from leadership + lack of visibility into a career path.
