Culture more than leadership is the reason for my rating. Leadership has always been supportive. We need to work on balancing the scales to see true sales skill and ability rise to the top.

So far so good, culture is one of ensuring you are doing well and they stress not to be afraid to ask questions. Rules of Engagement on the SDR team can be a little confusing at first but they definitely ease you into the role before you are considered on the same level as other reps.

I've worked at multiple sales organizations and this is by far the best company I've worked for. As sales people who sell to sales people it ramps the time to become a GTM expert in our space quickly, and it helps us build best-in-class products to help solve the problems that sellers deal with every day.

The pace and intensity is very high. High performance is expected. At same time, the product is in-demand and it is straight-forward to do work required to be successful. Team environment is also supportive. Not for everyone but glad I'm here.
