This is basically SMB Sales with a Mid Market title. small 10-20k deals. 1-2 weeks sales cycles. Leadership was the worst I have ever experienced. They were extremely rude to their own employees and would just grind you into the ground. I do not say this about every org I work with either. I give great reviews to the other 3 companies I have worked for in my career. This is the only truly awful company I have worked for

Onboarded us and the second we logged on our calendar was packed with back to back meetings, homework, etc. The onboarding process is intense & they constantly put you on the spot to perform mocks in front of others even from day 1.
