Overall strong company! As we know real estate has had many changes since Covid and the NAR settlement. Zillow is quick to make changes for their sales teams to be in the best position and competitive.

I am still new so the culture seems great and very inclusive, they are transparent and open to teach/share resources, they are hiring many ppl in this position and i am unsure if it is sustainable

There is a lot of red tape when it comes to how much you can make in this company. In addition, compensation structure continues to change quarterly, book of accounts changes every 6 months, and there is a possible cap on commission earned each quarter.
