Being told I would make Way more even in year one. Was told ya hit 70% quota attainment I did over that still didn’t get the the pay they had sold me on when I took the job. Horrible leads as well

Nice people to work with. Culture requires a lot of buy-in. Heavy rep churn. Not much upward mobility. Tons of dials and opp. creation to make real money.
