The targets and structure changed constantly, business policies were also everchanging that benefit the bottom line and hurt the reps who earned revenue and had credit removed due to technicalities even though that revenue came in.

Zillow Rentals is a mixed bag - beware! This year, Leadership cut base pay by and did not increase OTE. This obviously received a heated reaction from sales, but the changes are meant to reward "a competitive sales org and accurately reflect market rates."
