Leads are largely quantity over quality. Most don’t know they actually wanted it get more information, the rest of the leads have a lot of junk numbers and email so return responses are lackluster at best. The company is supportive but you have the generate your self to make it. Realistically waiting for what’s provided will lead you to the poor house.

It’s easy to get into the hole with draw. The commissions are not capped, but once you get into the hole with draw it’s pretty tough to dig your way out.
