It’s easy to get into the hole with draw. The commissions are not capped, but once you get into the hole with draw it’s pretty tough to dig your way out.

This can be a great job but it depends on location. Some offices you are set up for success and others are left out on an island with no ways to make money.

It’s a great company, there are internal challenges and a changing market like everyone else that is changing now. Many are on minimums with thousands that owe their base pay back to the company for the employees that haven’t been able to repay their draw for their time to the company to allow them to work. Leads are largely quantity over quality. Most don’t know they actually wanted it get more information, the rest of the leads have a lot of junk numbers and email so return responses are lackluster at best. The company is supportive but you have the generate your self to make it. Realistically waiting for what’s provided will lead you to the poor house.
