The targets and structure changed constantly, business policies were also everchanging that benefit the bottom line and hurt the reps who earned revenue and had credit removed due to technicalities even though that revenue came in.

It used to be a great place to work where you would make up for the low base with hitting well above quota with accelerators and make decent money while working remote. With new VP and Director all changes have made reps’ lives harder.
