Good overall but they had some real challenges when the housing market changed and brought in poor choices for senior management. They tend to be disconnected and clueless which led to poor business decisions. Loved my immediate team, the general environment, and the product itself

Zillow is a great company with culture and benefits, but the base comp and commission structure is not great.
