Great product and decent front line management. The building blocks of the culture were fantastic, but there were noticeable decreases to culture in morale beginning in 2019

I've worked in sales for Zillow for many, many years, and the compensation plan has become very undesirable. Reps need to sell 3x as much as before in order to make about half as much commission. Being told I would make Way more even in year one. Was told ya hit 70% quota attainment I did over that still didn’t get the the pay they had sold me on when I took the job. Horrible leads as well
