I've worked in sales for Zillow for many, many years, and the compensation plan has become very undesirable. Reps need to sell 3x as much as before in order to make about half as much commission. Life at Zillow was much better prior to the pandemic, and I would have strongly recommended working here back then, but I can't nearly say the same nowadays. Comp plan has driven many tenured, top-producing reps to leave the company, unfortunately.

This is not an organization that I would recommend. Toxic environment, drug use, unethical management, shady sales tactics. Culture is a serious issue at Zillow with very few people are actually hitting OTE potential.
