I wouldn't have accepted the offer if I knew that I wouldn't be given a FAIR (keyword: FAIR) shot at being successful. Morale is low across the board and managers do play favorites. Unless you want to be overworked, constantly berated by unhappy customers and constantly stressed about keeping your job month-over-month, I suggest you pass on Zillow.

My overall experience with Zillow is solid. It really depends on which organization you are in but mine is great.

The company is great to work for but it can be hard to get the ball rolling as a new rep.
