Frequent reorganizations within the sales channels make it challenging to establish and maintain effective processes. While there are many prospects available, the ever-changing contract rules create increased internal competition and make closing deals more difficult. Currently, only about 15 out of 70 representatives are consistently meeting their monthly quotas. Success in this role often relies on a combination of skill and luck, which can vary from month to month.
