My experience and time there was great. Ever since private equity came in, it changed the vibe. But that’s expected. I am grateful for my time there.

Since I've been at Zendesk they were bought by a private equity firm. I still know people there who say it's still a great place to work and they are continuing to innovate with the product and have really good accelerators.

Zendesk has an amazing product which is truly one of the best in the industry. It used to be a great place to work too until PE took over and flipped it upside down.
