My experience at this sales organization has been positive overall. The product we offer is top in the market, which key when selling. Additionally, the organization provides competitive salaries that are up to standard in the market. The flexibility of remote working has also been a significant advantage, allowing for effective time management and work-life balance. There's a healthy inbound pipeline (within smb). The outbound motion is very much in its infancy and not something that Zendesk has nailed yet. BDR's are struggling to hit target lately.

BDR org is under valued and if you were to improve and hit numbers then you’d need to do it on your own. Good place to get into if you are trying to get into tech but in the long run you will be with a different company.

Been a horrible experience over the last 2 years. No career advancement opportunities, even for record breakers and top performers. Always know of a way to instill the littlest of hope that never comes true.
