Current Employee My experience at this sales organization has been positive overall. The product we offer is top in the market, which key when selling. Additionally, the organization provides competitive salaries that are up to standard in the market. The flexibility of remote working has also been a significant advantage, allowing for effective time management and work-life balance.
There's a healthy inbound pipeline (within smb). The outbound motion is very much in its infancy and not something that Zendesk has nailed yet. BDR's are struggling to hit target lately. Current Employee My overall experience has been great. The pay is just not great
