Awful experience!!! The place is in shambles; leadership is out of touch and, for the most part, tone-deaf. Management, Leadership, HR, the whole lot of them have zero accountability for their actions, and they'll always be first to blame the sales reps for any lost opportunities, poor TEAM quarter performance (this happens often), and wasted time with "trainings" to fill the week.

Your territory will determine your success here. Some are rich and some are unbelievably bad- I’m in the middle so will need to really hustle to have an ok year.
