Zendesk’s time has come and gone. PE spending a lot of money buying into AI, while the continued RIFs and uncertainty plague the entire firm. 95% of the company is circulating their resumes, trying to get out. Person running North America is worst leader in the industry.

A private equity company purchased Zendesk and things went downhill. At one point I was aligned to 4 AEs. Got put on a coaching plan and the only coaching was to "make more calls"

The glory days of Zendesk are long gone. Zendesk is in this gray area of not having a great fit in SMB or Ent. Too complex for SMB and not complex enough for Ent. Compensation on the lower end of market average. I would wait at least a year before joining the org.
