Zendesk used to be a great place to work and I had considered myself a lifer. Culture was amazing, people were extremely friendly, and teams worked well together. In the last 2 years of my employment there, things really took a turn and went downhill. It was sad to see things go that way.

Company has changed quite a bit post acquisition. Still a great place to work but territory sizes have been reduced and quota attainment has become more challenging.
