I loved the position overall but felt management did not contribute as well to rep development I'm passionate about the product but it's difficult to get to your number with road blocks and red tape with the number of changes the org has implemented over the last few years

Yelp will give AEs with some experience under their belt fancy titles like “Senior Account Director” or “Elite Account Executive” but the only thing those change are your quota (only goes up) and your email signature.
