Overall, my experience at Yelp was good, not amazing, personally. If you really focus on the process and take the job seriously, you can make really good money. Ultimately, I am thankful for Yelp and what it has taught me in regards to sales and prospecting.

The burnout rate is high, turnover is higher. While they say they focus on diversity and inclusion you won’t find a POC director in the local sales org. It’s churn and burn leads and reps. Pay is well if you can manage the high outbound and general distaste for Yelp in the yes of business owners. More opportunity if you can transfer out of local.
