It was a good entry level job that provides on good on site training for first time salespeople. The company itself is a bit cult like with people really emphasizing the "culture" but ultimately it's very micromanaged and leadership shifted goals and targets often. Job stability was grim.

My experience provided a significant amount of development opportunities and provided exposure to seniors leaders within my team and company. However, the company does not compensate for deals unlike other partnership and digital sales roles outside of the company.
