Terrible company, avoid at all cost. They micro manage you to death and listen in to every single one of your live calls. The base pay is low and the OTE is inflated. Less than 1% of AE reps are making over 6 figs. Terrible product and you’ll get chewed out by every business owner.

Well known platform, pays well on base comp with opportunity for achieving above OTE - which all depends on what accounts you have. Annual account shifting which can be good or bad depending on your book of business. Downside there is little to no innovation on the product. Overall a good experience.

I like the culture and focus on DEI. HR leadership was world class but direct management was terrible. I like a promotion from within culture but my manager could not even legibly write an email.
