Horrible place to work. Boiler room. The benefits are incredible, literally the best I’ve ever seen anywhere, but good god the work is horrible. Nobody wants Yelp ads, everybody hates you just for calling them, and you WILL be fired after enough time. The accounts are overworked and dry af. Terrible pay.

Working at Yelp was a mixed bag. While I learned a faster sales style and had a good work-life balance, I also was underpaid and was treated terribly by both customers and management. HR was no help when those situations happened. I saw reps crying in the bathrooms every month due to horrible managers and the stress of working at Yelp.

Overall, my experience at Yelp was good, not amazing, personally. If you really focus on the process and take the job seriously, you can make really good money. Ultimately, I am thankful for Yelp and what it has taught me in regards to sales and prospecting.
